2010 US Open Winner |
The US Open is held at
different courses each year, and though some courses
have made regular appearances at the Open, no course has
hosted the event two years in a row. Courses are
selected that require high skill level, and rarely
produce wins significantly under par.
The US Open is unique
among the golf majors due to tie-breaking rules that
provide for an additional 18 hole round of play held the
day after the final. Only after that round, should the
contestants still be tied, is a sudden death playoff
held. This has happened only 3 times in Open history. To
keep up the tradition, the final golf rounds will be
contested on Father's Day. More Us Open Golf Betting
